Terms of Service

knovaly analyses data in a HubSpot portal you connect and returns reports identifying potential revenue opportunities. knovaly is an analysis tool: its findings are suggestions based on the data present in your CRM, not financial, legal or professional advice, and not a guarantee of revenue.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorised to connect the HubSpot portal you connect. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and for the actions of users you invite to your workspace.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. The plan required is determined by the total contact count of your connected HubSpot portal. Fees are stated in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply.

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

If a payment fails, we will retain your access for a short grace period while the payment is retried. If it is not resolved, the workspace reverts to the free preview level of access. We do not delete your reports because of a failed payment.

If your portal grows beyond your plan's contact band, existing reports remain fully accessible and new scans are paused until the plan is updated.

You agree not to:

• Connect a HubSpot portal you are not authorised to connect.
• Attempt to access another customer's workspace, data or reports.
• Reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without written permission.
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications in breach of applicable law.
• Interfere with, overload or probe the service other than through the process described on our Security page.

You retain all rights to the data in your CRM and to the reports generated from it. You grant knovaly the limited right to read, process and store that data solely to provide the service to you. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Security page, which form part of these terms.

knovaly depends on HubSpot, Stripe and hosting providers. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes or data loss caused by those third parties. HubSpot is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc.; knovaly is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HubSpot, Inc.

We aim to keep the service available and to respond promptly to support requests, but we do not offer a contractual uptime commitment on standard plans. Planned maintenance and incidents affecting availability will be communicated to affected customers.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost revenue. Our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if continued access creates a security risk. On termination you may request an export of your reports before deletion.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where the change is significant, notified to account holders. Questions can be sent to support@knovaly.com.
